About this Act
An Act to protect the rights of urban street vendors and to regulate street vending activities and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
(1) The Town Vending Committee shall meet at such
times and places within the jurisdiction of the local authority and shall observe such rules of procedure in
regard to the transaction of business at its meetings, and discharge such functions, as may be prescribed.
(2) Every decision of the Town Vending Committee shall be notified along with the reasons for taking such decision.
