About this Act
An Act to enlarge the appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme Court in regard to criminal matters.
(1) This Act may be called the Supreme Court (Enlargement of Criminal
Appellate Jurisdiction) Act, 1970.
(2) It extends to the whole of India 1 ***.
