About this Act

An Act to provide for the development under the control of the Union of the tobacco industry.

All sections
    No registered grower or curer shall sell or cause to be sold virginia tobacco elsewhere than at an auction platform registered with the Board in accordance with the rules made under this Act 1[or established by the Board under this Act].
