AN ACT to amend the law relating to the duties payable on Tobacco, and the retail sale and warehousing thereof in the Town of Bombay.

All sections
Any sale of Tobacco not exceeding in weight fourteen seers of eighty tolas to the seer shall be deemed to be a retail sale within the meaning of this Act.
