AN ACT to amend the law relating to the duties payable on Tobacco, and the retail sale and warehousing thereof in the Town of Bombay.

All sections
    The said Municipal Duty may be paid at the option of the importer, either on the importation of the Tobacco, or after it has been warehoused as hereinafter provided.
