About this Act
An Act to provide for the regulation of removal, storage and transplantation of human organs and tissues for therapeutic purposes and for the prevention of commercial dealings in human organs and tissues and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
1[13C. National Human Organs and Tissues Removal and Storage Network.--The Central
Government may, by notification, establish a National Human Organs and Tissues Removal and Storage
Network at one or more places and Regional Network in such manner and to perform such functions, as
may be prescribed.]
