Issue of certificate to under-raiyats.

About this Act
An Act to consolidate and amend the law relating to land revenue in the Union territory of Tripura and to provide for the acquisition of estates and for certain other measures of land reform.
When the compensation or the first instalment of the
compensation, as the case may be, has been paid by the under-raiyat, the competent authority may
suo motu and shall, on application made to it in this behalf, issue to the under-raiyat a certificate in the
prescribed form declaring him to be the owner of the land specified therein.
