About this Act
An Act to consolidate and amend the law relating to land revenue in the Union territory of Tripura and to provide for the acquisition of estates and for certain other measures of land reform.
Every order of the compensation officer
deciding an objection under sub-section (1) of section 149 shall contain a concise statement of the case,
the points for determination, the decision thereon and the reasons for such decision.
