About this Act
An Act to consolidate and amend the law relating to land revenue in the Union territory of Tripura and to provide for the acquisition of estates and for certain other measures of land reform.
Every village accountant and every other village
officer appointed under this Act shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21
of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860).
