Jurisdiction of civil courts to decide disputes.

About this Act
An Act to consolidate and amend the law relating to land revenue in the Union territory of Tripura and to provide for the acquisition of estates and for certain other measures of land reform.
The civil courts shall have jurisdiction to
decide any dispute to which the Government is not a party relating to any right or entry which is recorded
in the record of rights.
