Penalty for neglect to afford information.

About this Act
An Act to consolidate and amend the law relating to land revenue in the Union territory of Tripura and to provide for the acquisition of estates and for certain other measures of land reform.
The Collector may, if he is of opinion that any
person has wilfully neglected to make the report required by section 46 within the prescribed period,
impose on such person a penalty not exceeding twenty-five rupees.
