Power to order payment of costs.

About this Act
An Act to consolidate and amend the law relating to land revenue in the Union territory of Tripura and to provide for the acquisition of estates and for certain other measures of land reform.
A revenue officer may direct the parties to pay the cost
incurred in any case before him and also apportion the cost among the parties in such manner and to such
extent as he may think fit.
