Other authorities of the University.
About this Act
An Act to declare the institution known as "Visva-Bharati" to be an institution of national importance and to provide for its functioning as a unitary teaching and residential university.
1[25. Other authorities of the University.--The constitution, powers and functions of the
Artha-Samiti (Finance Committee), the Institute Board and of such other authorities as may be declared
by the Statutes to be authorities of the University shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.]
