Examinations.
About this Act
An Act to declare the institution known as "Visva-Bharati" to be an institution of national importance and to provide for its functioning as a unitary teaching and residential university.
Subject to the provisions of the Statutes, all arrangements for the conduct of
1[tests, evaluations and examinations] shall be made by the Karma-Samiti (Executive Council) in such
manner as may be prescribed by the Ordinances.
