About this Act
An Act to provide for the constitution of a Central Council of Indian Medicine and the maintenance of a Central Register of Indian Medicine and for matters connected therewith.
No act
or proceeding of the Central Council or any committee thereof shall be called in question on the ground
merely of the existence of any vacancy in, or any defect in the constitution of, the Central Council or the
committee, as the case may be.
