The National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro-Sciences, Bangalore Act, 2012
About this Act
An Act to declare the institution known as the National Institute of Mental Health and NeuroSciences, Bangalore, to be an institution of national importance and to provide for its incorporation and for matters connected therewith.
The Institute shall prepare for every year a report of its activities during that
year and submit the report to the Central Government in such form and on or before such date as may be
prescribed and a copy of this report shall be laid before both Houses of Parliament within one month of its
receipt.
