Failure to appoint manager.
About this Act
An Act to amend and consolidate the law relating to the regulation of labour and safety in mines.
Whoever in contravention of the provisions of section 17, fails
to appoint a manager shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three
months, or with fine which may extend to 1[two thousand and five hundred] rupees, or with both 2***
