Establishment of Delhi Rent Tribunal. Repealed
About this Act
An Act to provide for the regulation of rents, repairs and maintenance and evictions relating to premises and of rates of hotels and lodging houses in the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
The Central Government shall, by notification in the
Official Gazette, establish a Tribunal, to be known as the Delhi Rent Tribunal, to exercise the jurisdiction,
powers and authority conferred on it by or under this Act.
