About this Act
An Act to provide for the regulation of rents, repairs and maintenance and evictions relating to premises and of rates of hotels and lodging houses in the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
On and from the date from
which any jurisdiction, powers and authority becomes exercisable under this Act by the Tribunal in
relation to any matter, no court (except the Supreme Court) shall have, or be entitled to exercise any
jurisdiction, powers or authority in relation to such matter.
