Finality of orders. Repealed
About this Act
An Act to provide for the regulation of rents, repairs and maintenance and evictions relating to premises and of rates of hotels and lodging houses in the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Act, every order made by the
Rent Authority or an order passed on appeal under this Act shall be final and shall not be called in
question in any original suit, application or execution proceeding.
