About this Act
An Act to provide for the control of accommodation in certain hotels in the Union territory of Delhi.
An order made under this Act shall be served on or communicated to the
manager of a hotel either by delivering or tendering to him a copy of the order, or by post, or in such other
manner as may be prescribed by rules made under section 12.
