An Act to repeal the Punjab Gram Panchayat Act, 1952 and the Punjab Panchayat Samities and Zilla Parishads Act, 1961 as in force in the Union territory of Chandigrah.
The Punjab Gram Panchayat Act, 1952 and the
Punjab Panchayat Samities and Zilla Parishads Act, 1961, in so far as they extend to and operate as part
of the law of, the Union territory of Chandigarh, are hereby repealed.
