About this Act

An Act to provide for the speedy acquisition of land for the resettlement of displaced persons.

All sections
    The 1 [State] Government or the competent authority may, with a view to determining the compensation payable under this Act, by order, require any person to furnish to such authority as may be specified in the order such information in his possession relating to the land that may be so specified.
