Certificates to members of the Forces.

About this Act
An Act to provide for the constitution and regulation of an armed Force of the Union for the better protection and security of railway property, passenger area and passengers and for matters connected therewith.
(1) Every member of the Force shall receive on his
appointment a certificate in the form specified in the Schedule, under the seal of the 1[Inspector-General,
Additional Inspector-General or Deputy Inspector-General] or such other superior officer as the

behalf by virtue of which the person holding such certificate shall be vested with the powers of a member
of the Force.
(2) Such certificate shall cease to have effect whenever the person named in it ceases for any reason to be a member of the Force2* * *.
