Publication of name and limited liability.

About this Act
An Act to make provisions for the formation and regulation of limited liability partnerships and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
(1) Every limited liability partnership shall ensure
that its invoices, official correspondence and publications bear the following, namely:--
(a) the name, address of its registered office and registration number of the limited liability partnership; and
(b) a statement that it is registered with limited liability.
1[(2) If the limited liability partnership contravenes the provisions of this section, the limited liability partnership shall be liable to a penalty of ten thousand rupees.]
