About this Act

An Act to provide for the development under the control of the Union of the coconut industry and for matters connected therewith.

All sections
    (1) This Act may be called the Coconut Development Board Act, 1979.
     (2) It extends to the whole of India.
     (3) It shall come into force on such date1 as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
