The Delhi and Ajmer-Merwara Land Development Act, 1948
About this Act
An Act to provide for the preparation and execution of land development schemes, the reclamation of waste-land and the control of private forests and grass-land, in the Provinces of Delhi and Ajmer-Merwara.
The Board shall maintain, in such form and in accordance with such rules as may be
prescribed, an account of all receipts and payments by the Government in respect of the land, and any
owner of, or other person saving an interest in, the land may, on payment of a fee of eight annas, inspect
the account.
