About this Act
An Act to provide in the interest of national economic development for compulsory deposit and for the framing of a scheme in relation thereto.
If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this
Act or of any scheme framed thereunder, the Central Government may, by order, as occasion requires, do
anything (not inconsistent with this Act) which appears to it to be necessary for removing the difficulty.
