An Act to prevent undesirable transactions in securities by regulating the business of dealing therein, by providing for certain other matters connected therewith.
1[21. Conditions for listing.--Where securities are listed on the application of any person if any
recognised stock exchange, such person shall comply with the conditions of the listing agreement with
that stock exchange.]
