About this Act
An Act to make certain provisions for the insurance of certain property in India against damage arising from emergency risks and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
A copy of every notification
made by the Central Government under section 15, shall be laid after it has been made, on the Table of
each House of Parliament when such House is in session for a period of thirty days or for the duration of
the session in which it is so laid, whichever period is less.
