An Act to make certain provisions for the insurance of goods in India against damage arising from emergency risks and matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

All sections
    No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government or against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
