Protection of action taken in good faith.

About this Act
An Act to provide for the establishment of an institution of national importance to be known as Regional Centre for Biotechnology and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against
any officer or employee of the Regional Centre for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be
done in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act or the Statutes, Ordinances or the Regulations made
thereunder.
