About this Act

An Act to provide for the establishment of an institution of national importance to be known as Regional Centre for Biotechnology and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

All sections

Any dispute arising between the Regional Centre and any of its employees shall, at the first instance, be resolved through such grievance redressal mechanism as may be specified by the Statutes.
