Amendment of section 1. Repealed

    In the Leaders and Chief Whips of Recognised Parties and Groups in Parliament (Facilities) Act, 1998 (5 of 1999) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), in section 1, for sub-section (2), the following sub-section shall be substituted and shall be deemed to have been substituted on and from the 5th day of February, 1999, namely:—
         "(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 5th day of February, 1999.".
