About this Act
An Act to validate certain proceedings under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
(1) This Act may be called the Hindu Marriages (Validation of
Proceedings) Act, 1960.
(2) It extends to the whole of India except the State of Jammu and Kashmir.
