About this Act

An Act to enable the Government to divest itself of the management of Religious Endowments.

All sections
    Nothing in the last preceding section shall prevent the parties from applying to the Court, or the Court from making the order of reference, under the said 1]section 21 of the Arbitration Act, 1940].
