About this Act
An Act to provide for the Incorporation of Kirk Sessions of the Church of Scotland in India.
(1) This Act may be called the Church of Scotland Kirk Sessions Act,
1899;
(2) It extends to the whole of India except 1[the territories which, immediately before the 1st November, 1956, were comprised in Part B States]2***
