About this Act

An Act to consolidate and amend the law realating to the Civil Courts of the Madras Presidency subordinate to the High Court.

All sections
    The present Zila Courts, Principal Sadr Amins, and District Munsifs, shall be respectively the first "District Courts," "Subordinate Judges," and "Dis-District rict Munsifs" under this Act.
