About this Act

An Act to consolidate and amend the law realating to the Civil Courts of the Madras Presidency subordinate to the High Court.

All sections
    The High Court may permit the Civil Courts vacation. under its control to adjourn from time to time for periods not exceeding in the aggregate two months in each year.
