Power to remove difficulties.
The Bihar and Uttar Pradesh (Alteration of Boundaries) Act, 1968
About this Act
An Act to provide for the alteration of boundaries of the States of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh and for matters connected therewith.
If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this
Act, the President may, by notified order, do anything, not inconsistent with such provisions which
appears to him to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty.
