Exception in unsettled Provinces and Benares.

    And it is hereby enacted, that in Districts not permanently settled, and in the Province of Benares, no sale shall take place for arrears of Land Revenue or other demand of government without the special sanction of the Sudder Board of Revenue previously obtained in each several case of sale.
