An Act to amend the law relating to the recovery of Rent in the Presidency of Fort Willian in Bengal.

All sections
    The statement of claim shall be presented by the plaintiff, or by an authorized agent of the plaintiff who has personal knowledge of the facts of the case, or by an agent who shall he accompanied by a person who has such knowledge.
