An Act to amend the law relating to the recovery of Rent in the Presidency of Fort Willian in Bengal.

All sections
    Second and successive warrants of execution may be issued by order of the Collector on the application of the judgment-creditor after the expiration of the period fixed for the continuance in force of a previous warrant.
