Petition of appeal to be on stamp paper, &c.

    The petition of appeal shall be written on stamp paper of eight annas value and shall be presented to the Collector within fifteen days from the date of the decree, provided that such time as may be requisite for procuring a copy of the decree appealed against shall not be reckoned as part of the fifteen days.
