An Act to amend the law relating to the recovery of Rent in the Presidency of Fort Willian in Bengal.

All sections
    No Deputy Collector appointed under Regulation IX. 1833 of the Bengal Code shall exercise any judicial powers or other jurisdiction under this Act if entrusted with any Police functions.
