About this Act

An Act to abolish the Shipping Development Fund Committee constituted under the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958 and to provide for certain matters incidental thereto.

All sections
    Every director or administrator appointed under section 10 and the designated person appointed under section 16 shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860).
