Saving. Repealed

    Anything done, any action taken or any degree or other academic distinction conferred by the Aligarh Muslim University before the commencement of this Act, shall, notwithstanding any change made by this Act in the constitution of the Court or the Executive Council, be valid as if such thing was done, action was taken, or degree or academic distinction was conferred under the provisions of the principal Act, as amended by this Act.
