Section 59:
Creation of reserve fund.
For the purpose of making provisions for the payment of rent and of
revenue, cess, rates and taxes due to the Government or any local authority, for the discharge of the
expenses of the repair of the 1
[waqf] property and for the preservation of the 1
[waqf] property, the Board
may direct the creation and maintenance, in such manner as it may think fit, of a reserve fund from the
income of a 1
[waqf].
