    1[5A. Transit accommodation.--Where a person referred to in sub-section (4) of section 4 comes to Delhi, he shall be entitled to such transit accommodation for such period as may be specified by the rules made under clause (ccc) of sub-section (3) of section 9 by the Joint Committee.]
