Advances for purchase of conveyance.
1[8B. Advances for purchase of conveyance.--There may be paid to a member by way of repayable advance such sum of money not exceeding 2[four lakh rupees] as may be determined by rules
made in this behalf under section 9 for the purchase of a conveyance.]
